Your first point of call for any product repairs is the authorized Sunrise Medical dealership where you purchased your product from. If you can't remember, please contact us.

Talk to your seating specialist about an evaluation. Many insurance plans require that you've used a manual wheelchair for at least one year and demonstrate insufficient upper body strength to self-propel a well-configured wheelchair for daily activities or experience shoulder pain and/or fatigue that limits your mobility. Some insurance plans may have other rules, and your clinic can help with those. There may also be other ways to get funding outside of insurance.
